RINGS
HOW TO MEASURE AT HOME
1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where the two ends overlap.
3. Lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
4. Match that number to the circumference column in the chart.
BETWEEN SIZES?
Go up. A ring that slips on easily but needs a small twist over the knuckle is the right fit. Wider bands feel tighter than thin ones — size up for anything over 6mm wide.

BRACELETS & HAND CHAINS
HOW TO MEASURE AT HOME
1. Wrap a measuring tape or strip of paper around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
2. Note the measurement where the ends meet — this is your wrist size.
3. Add the allowance for the fit you like, using the chart.
HAND CHAINS
Measure from your wrist, across the back of the hand, to the base of the middle finger. Keep the tape relaxed, not taut.

NECKLACES
WHICH NECKLINE
A choker or princess length suits a scoop or off-shoulder neckline, where there is bare skin to sit against.
A matinee length works with a V-neck — the chain follows the line of the neckline rather than fighting it.
Lariats and Y-drops, like the Constellation, are made for open necklines. The drop needs clear space below the collarbone to hang properly.
LAYERING
Leave at least 5 cm between each chain so the pendants sit clear of one another. Start with your shortest piece and work down.

Caring for your pieces
18k gold electroplating lasts years when it is looked after. Here is how.
Every day
- Take pieces off before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
- Put jewellery on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
Storing
- Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Use the pouch it arrived in, or a lined box, so chains do not tangle or scratch.
Cleaning
- Warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft toothbrush.
- Rinse and pat completely dry before storing.
- Never use ultrasonic cleaners, silver dip or any harsh chemical — they strip the plating.
Why this matters
Plating wears from contact with acids, chlorine and alcohol, not from normal wear. Keeping your pieces away from those three is most of the job — and it is what keeps the gold looking new years from now.
