Returns & Refunds Policy
At Desse Collective, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because our jewelry and press-on nails are delicate, personal, and made with care, we have a strict policy to protect both you and our craft.
7-Day Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. However, please note:
Non-Returnable Items
- All Jewelry
- All Press-On Nails
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return (for Damaged/Defective Items Only)
- Contact us immediately at info@dessecollective.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos + a short unboxing video showing the package opening and the issue. (This is mandatory for any damage claim.)
- Include your order number and proof of purchase.
We’ll review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact (except for the reported damage).
- We do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us right away with unboxing proof. We take pride in our quality and will make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order. We’ll help you with the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank/credit card to post the credit.
