All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship from Bengaluru, India and deliver worldwide.

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount] within India (if applicable).

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order anytime from your account on our website.

Jewelry & Press-On Nails are delicate items. We pack them with extra care using protective packaging.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier issues.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, you will be responsible for return shipping + re-shipping charges.

We can modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dessecollective.com.
Once shipped, changes to shipping address are not possible.
