Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship from Bengaluru, India and deliver worldwide.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹[Insert Amount] within India (if applicable).
- International orders may attract additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order anytime from your account on our website.
Important Notes
- Jewelry & Press-On Nails are delicate items. We pack them with extra care using protective packaging.
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. In case of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect shipping addresses, or carrier issues.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, you will be responsible for return shipping + re-shipping charges.
Address Changes & Cancellations
- We can modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dessecollective.com.
- Once shipped, changes to shipping address are not possible.
